Vial Tracker does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent anything. It has no knowledge of your circumstances and makes no judgement about whether anything you record is safe, appropriate or lawful. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any decision about a substance administered to a human or animal.
The application converts figures you type into other figures. If you enter the wrong quantity of compound, the wrong volume of diluent, or select the wrong syringe type, every number it displays will be wrong. You are responsible for verifying every calculation independently before acting on it. Do not rely on this application as the sole check on any measurement.
Volume-per-mark differs by syringe. The application converts using the syringe type you select. Selecting a type that does not match the syringe in your hand will produce an incorrect figure, potentially by a large multiple.
You are solely responsible for what you record, for anything you do as a result, and for complying with all laws that apply to you, including those governing the possession, sale and administration of any substance you log. You represent that your use is lawful where you are.
By creating an account or using Vial Tracker (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. You will also be asked to confirm your agreement in the app, and we keep a record of when you did so and which version you accepted. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. The Service is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure, since sign-in links are sent there. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has gained access.
You agree not to use the Service to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to attempt to access another user's data, or to resell or redistribute it without written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. Keep your own records of anything you cannot afford to lose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VialCarton LLC and its owners, employees and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or for personal injury, arising from or relating to your use of the Service, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability for all claims will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or twenty-five US dollars.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VialCarton LLC from any claim, damage, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or that we reasonably believe create legal risk.
We may update these terms. When we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page and ask you to review and accept the revised version in the app before you continue using the Service. If you do not accept, you may stop using the Service and delete your account.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Henderson County, North Carolina.
We do not collect or store payment card details. Purchases are processed by Stripe, which receives your card details directly and shares with us only what is needed to confirm your purchase, such as your email address and payment status. We do not run advertising and we do not sell, rent or share your data with advertisers or data brokers. Ever.
Records are stored in a Postgres database hosted by Supabase on servers in the United States. Database rules restrict every row to the account that created it. Progress photos are stored in private Supabase Storage, in a folder that only your account can read or change. The application is served by Vercel. Sign-in emails are delivered by Resend. Payments are processed by Stripe. Each of these providers processes data on our behalf under their own security commitments.
The application keeps a copy of your records in your browser's local storage so it works without a connection. Signing out or clearing your browser data removes that local copy. The server copy remains until you delete it.
To operate the Service, authenticate you, keep your records available across your devices, and respond to support requests. We do not use your records to build profiles or to train machine learning models.
If you are in a jurisdiction with statutory data rights, such as the EU, UK, California or Colorado, you may have additional rights including access, portability, correction, deletion and objection. Email us and we will honour them.
Your records are kept until you delete them or your account. After account deletion, data is removed from live systems promptly and may persist in encrypted backups for a limited period before being overwritten.
Traffic is encrypted in transit. Data is encrypted at rest by our hosting provider. Access is restricted per account at the database level. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorised access will never occur.
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.
